I’m such a dumpling lover whether they are boiled in water, steamed or pan fried. Back in Asia, I would not even think of making dumplings at home just because it was pretty easy and convenient to find them in supermarkets, eateries and restaurants. It’s quite time-consuming and tedious especially if you are a beginner at making the wrappers. I usuall y make gyozas with ready-made wrappers from the supermarket but this time round I decided to do them from scratch! Well, I have to say I started off a little clumsy with the roller pin to make each wrapper sheet as round as it should be. I knew that well made wrappers take a lot of time and practice and it's not something you could master in a day. But I’m certainly happy with how the dumplings turned out and so glad that my husband loved them as well!
