Alicante. I was lucky to visit this beautiful city that lies within the Costa Blanca, Spain in an off-peak season back in November 2016. Indeed, an amazing weekend getaway from gloomy London at that time. I was on a solo-travel mode and I totally enjoyed the trip with so much ease and freedom. I didn't need much really, just some leftover sunshine, sea breeze and colours in my life ☀️

I truly wouldn't mind living in one of these houses... it would definitely be a dream come true.

As a foodie, Alicante was simply a paradise filled with so many fresh, delicious seafood and tapas! The mussels and padrón peppers were my favourites!

And I was here, on the very top of Santa Bárbara Castle.
